Welcome to the Summit Funzone! A modern 6 bed 4 bath duplex 1 minute walking distance to Snow Summit! The Funzone is a duplex with two 3bed/2bath units. Each unit includes a fully stocked high-end kitchen. There are 4 King Beds (2 in each unit)! The Gridiron (lower unit) is NOT ADA compliant, however, there is wheelchair accessibility. Please email any specific accessibility questions.  Indoor amenities include gas fireplaces, washer/dryers on each level, DirectTV in every room, NFL Network, Premium Movie Channels, WiFi, Spa bathroom supplies in all showers. Outdoor amenities include: Jacuzzi, Yard games, zen walking circle, accessibility ramp, Weber bbq on upper balcony and Weber bbq on lower deck. Front of house seating area, storage units for skis/boards, large fenced backyard for kids to play in and build snowmen!

 

EXTRA FUN amenities: lower unit includes an air hockey table, upper unit includes: 412 game classic PacMan arcade table, board games, electric piano and massage chair.
